Where are we located?
We are located in Egmont Village under the watchful eye of Mount Taranaki.

Is my pet sent away anywhere?
No, your pet is cremated on site here in Egmont Village.
​
What happens to my pet before it is cremated?
Your pet will be stored in our cool room facility, our clients preferred option rather than freezer storage.

Will my pet be cremated on it's own?
We operate a segregated cremation where your pet is placed in his/her designated space, ensuring no cross contamination takes place.

How do you know it's my pet?
Your pet will be labelled by name on arrival and throughout the cremation process.
​
Can I attend my pet's cremation?
We have a viewing room which provides a peaceful and dignified farewell for your pet. The cremation process will take place at a later time.

Can you cremate a pet that has previously been buried?
Yes, we can cremate a pet previously buried, subject to length of time elapsed.
​
Can you cremate my pet's favourite toy or blanket?
We welcome small toys or a snippet of a blanket to be cremated with your pet.
​
How long does cremation take?
Pet cremation takes between 2 and 3 hours.
​
Can I bring my own vessel for my pet's ashes?
Yes we are happy to arrange for your pet's ashes to be put in your own vessel.
​
How long does it take to receive my pet's ashes back?
We aim for return of your pet's ashes within 2-6 days.

How do you store the ashes?
Ashes are placed in either a wooden urn or eco sprinkle box as requested by the client.
​
My pet has a microchip - does this need to be removed before cremation?
No, the microchip can be cremated with your pet.
​
Do I bring my pet to you directly?
We welcome you to bring your pet to us if you wish to use our viewing room. We can arrange collection from your home if you prefer.

Can my pet's ashes be made into anything to remember them by?
Yes, we offer pet jewellery including beads, pendants and healing stones which are made with your pet's ashes.

What keepsakes are available?
We offer a clay pawprint keepsake where an imprint of your pet's pawprint is taken incorporating space for your favourite photos of your pet.
Engraved plaques - All wooden urns and eco sprinkle boxes include an engraved plaque with your pet's name and wording of your choice.

Photo plaques - you can include a photo of your pet on the wooden urns as well as engraving to include your pet's name and wording of your choice.
​
Garden pet urns - suitable to accommodate multiple pets' ashes together.
